    Tasting Notes

    Nose: Sweet, rich and indulgent. Dried fruits; figs, dates and wine soaked raisins. Chocolate with nuts and raisins. Christmas pudding with the slightest hint of ginger spice.

    Palate: Complex. Layers of maple syrup intermingle with toffee and soaked cherries in chocolate. Oak and black pepper spices, with a hint of soft citrus.

    Finish: Orange marmalade sweetness fading into oaky notes with nutmeg and cloves spices.
