Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is a rare whisky matured in three different sherry casks. It combines the rich and decadent flavours of Oloroso sherry casks with the sweetness and fruity notes of Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez. Founded in 2005, Kavalan is Taiwan’s first whisky distillery and has become one of the most recognised producers in the world, known for its innovative use of casks. The unique environment has allowed Kavalan to harness tropical aging and create a sophisticated range of Single Malts. Nose Tart berries, dates, orange chocolate, milky coffee, and caramel digestives.

Palate Dried mango, baking spices, candied nuts, and chocolate-coated cherry.

Finish Candied ginger, sweet balsamic, and apricot jam.
