    Introduced to The Macallan's Double Cask range in 2021, this is a stunning 30-year-old single malt Scotch whisky aged in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks. This joins a range that features 12, 15, and 18-year-old expressions, as well as the Gold Double Cask. Exciting stuff, once again showing off the impressively well-matured whisky stocks within the Macallan warehouses.

    Nose: Fresh honeycomb, sweet toffee, red apple, fig and vanilla pod.

    Palate: A smooth melody of cinnamon, ginger, Madagascan vanilla, dried fruits and oak.

    Finish: Sweet oak, soft spice and toffee.
