Discontinued in 2010 the Flora and Fauna series boasts one of the most diverse ranges whisky. Originally these expressions were bottled at 43% volume but the final few releases were bottled at cask strength.

    A relatively young distillery, Auchroisk first started production in 1974. From the mid-80's, the whisky was bottled for a time as "The Singleton of Auchroisk" and was referred to as "Singleton", as it was thought that "Auchroisk" was too tricky for non-Scots to pronounce. Auchroisk should be pronounced as "Auch-rusk", although locals can be heard to say "Ar-thrusk"!
