A special Vodka made with laver seaweed foraged from Horton Beach and a hint of citrus created in tribute to Kathleen Drew Baker whose research on Laver Seaweed in the 1940's helped to save the Japanese Nori* Seaweed industry. Kathleen is known in Japan as the 'Mother of the Sea' for the role she played.
Nori Seaweed, often used in sushi production, is the same species as the classic Welsh Laver Seaweed.
