Bristol used to have perhaps the oldest commercial distillery and in 1863 it became the Bristol Distilling Co. However, in 1940 it took a direct hit during the blitz. 77 years latert he new Bristol Distilling Co are writing the next chapter in Bristol's rich distilling history.
