Round and warm on the palate, without edges or defects, and a full aroma at retro-olfaction that is reminiscent of fruit and other notes. Silky on the palate. Lovely but simple tannins with a long and elegant finish.

    Prios Crianza is a D.O. Ribera del Duero red wine by Bodegas de los Ríos Prieto.

    A single varietal Tempranillo (95 percent) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5 percent) from vines in Pesquera that are 15 years old on average.

    The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Two years of fermentation are necessary to complete the ageing process, comprising thirteen months in American oak barrels and the rest in the bottle.
