Minimal intervention in order to achieve a balanced, fluid wine, full of fruit and freshness, ready to be enjoyed from the very first moment. These “youngest” vines, aged 30-70 years, deliver top-quality, dense fruit. Fermented in concrete vats with a touch of old oak, this wine is exceptionally pure, with mineral notes and a robust tannic structure

    The Vintage: A winter warmer than usual with high temperatures and a rainy early spring boosted the vegetative growth in the vineyard. The summer began moderately cold and wet, but then passed with normal temperatures and rainfall for the summer season. A further drop in the thermometer in September resulted in a long ripening period, which, after the harvest, resulted in balanced musts with great aromatic intensity and freshness.
