    A winter warmer than usual with high temperatures and a rainy early spring boosted the vegetative growth in the vineyard. The summer began moderately cold and wet, but then passed with normal temperatures and rainfall for the summer season. A further drop in the thermometer in September resulted in a long ripening period, which, after the harvest, resulted in balanced musts with great aromatic intensity and freshness.
