Castellblanc is a winery founded by Jeronimo Parera Figueres in 1908 in San Sadurni de Noya, which specializes in the production of cava. Since 1984 the family company has become part of the Freixenet group. The building of the Castellblanc winery is included in the list of the architectural heritage of Catalonia. This is a two-story mansion dating back to the early 20th century, located in the city center.
The winery adheres to traditional methods of vinification, skillfully combining them with modern innovative technologies. Each stage of production is carried out under the strict supervision of leading specialists.
