    Marqués de Griñón began in Rioja 20 years ago developing a Tempranillo monovarietal with 6 months of aging in new American oak barrels, something revolutionary at that time. To celebrate its twentieth anniversary in Rioja, its last creation is “Special Selection”, a limited edition produced with Tempranillo grapes from selected vineyards of Rioja Alta, specifically from towns of Nájera, Arenzana, Manjarrés and Uruñuela, aged 18 months in American oak
