Deep purple in colour, intense and bright. Fresh red fruits with liquorice on the nose. Hints of black fruits combined with the essence of the chalky soils of Uruñuela bringing notes of flowers and herbs. Fruit driven on the palate with intense notes of cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry. Great structure, well balanced with soft, velvety tannins and a long finish.

    VINIFICATION

    We selected the grapes to obtain a young wine with greater structure, smooth tannins and a deep colour. Grapes were destemmed and gently crushed before a cold soak of 24 hours before fermentation. Fined using pea protein
