Trepat is indigenous to Catalunya and usually reserved for making rosé Cava. Bright strawberry-pink; the nose is aromatic and fruity, shows rich floral and fresh bay leaf aromas from the Garnacha, blending with blackberry, strawberry, dried fig and dates from the Trepat.
