    The grapes come from the single vineyard Vinya Le Havre from the Jean Leon winery. After harvesting the grapes, they are destemmed and gently pressed in the wine cellar. In the stainless steel tank, this wine is fermented and macerated for 2 weeks. This red wine is then placed in American oak barriques for 24 months, in which the biological acid degradation also takes place. Finally, this wine rests on the bottle for another 2 years.
