100% Viura, from a singular vineyard, ‘Valle de Angel”, left in contact with the skin for 48 hours, maceration at 10°C, then free-run juice slowly ferments at 18°C working fine lees to bring structure and smoothness. Aged 6 months in new Fr oak and 50% 225 litre American oak.
The Urbina family has been growing wine on their property since its founding in 1870. As growers, they would sell their grapes for use to other wineries. It was then in 1976 that the family decided to become a winery and harvest their grapes to make their own wines
