Upon arrival at the winery the grapes are gently pressed to extract the best aromas. 50% of the grape yield is obtained. The juice undergoes a cool, slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 16-18 Deg C for two weeks. The wine is bottled fresh after fermentation.
