Pale yellow. Fresh bouquet of grapefruit, mirabelle plums, white flowers, acacia, and elderflower. Mineral on the palate, pleasantly fresh, with gentle acidity. This wine is more reminiscent of the Loire style than a typical Mediterranean wine.

In the 1970s, Guy Benin, a French Algerian who had returned to France, came to Domaine de Ravanès and, as a maverick, began producing Bordeaux-style wines. His son, Marc Benin, a trained oenologist and ampelologist, continued to run the winery in his father's style. Since the arrival of his three sons, Axel, David, and Florent, Domaine de Ravanès has once again been undergoing a transition. Throughout the years, the Benin family's hallmark has been innovation and adaptability. They have always acted with foresight, planting, for example, fungus-resistant or drought-resistant grape varieties. In this way, the Benins respond to climate change in the Languedoc region, ensuring that excellent wines can be produced even in challenging times.
