Selected by TV Chef James Martin, this rosé wine is a blend of Cinsault (55%) and Grenache Gris (45%).
James transports us to a summer day in the south of France with this beautifully pale pink rosé. With fresh and fruity aromas coupled with summer red-berried fruit flavours, it is elegant and well balanced with a long finish.

Produced near Narbonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this wine will work a treat with food (any of James’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s recipe) or simply to enjoy on its own. James Martin pairs this rosé with one of his recipes which is available to view on the bottle via a QR code. However, we also find this a real delight with your summer meals, barbecues and all types of salads. Best served chilled.
