The local hero, 40 year old Carignan vines, from rare and forgotten Languedoc vineyards have produced this ripe and concentrated wine. A deep ruby colour with an alluring nose of sweet ripe strawberry and dark cherry, it is supple with ripe fruit flavours and very light tannins.
