    VINEYARD: Héritage Du Baron Louis.

    GRAPES: Ugni Blanc and Colombard.

    AGEING: Matures in stainless steel tanks for at least 1 year.

    PREPARATION: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand, and then be crushed, macerated skins for 24 hours and light pressing tire. The process ends with a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
