Pale yellow, the complex nose reveals lemony, tangy and mineral notes as well as strawberry leaf-tip. On the palate it is first fresh and delicate from citrus fruits; then, as it opens out, it hints at thyme, saltiness. This wine, balanced by faint woody notes, gives an initial insight into the character of our terroir.
