A very rich style of port here with tiny quantities allocated to the UK market. The nose is characterized by blackcurrant, spice and with prune. On the palate Noval 2007 show a purity and intensity of fruit backed by assured sweet tannins, and pronounced chocolate and dark fruit flavours.

A tremendous effort from this Port House which continues to be at the top of its game. The evident fruit and immediate appeal blight the ability this wine will have to age and have a very long future.
