The grapes come from two distinct areas in Quinta da Alorna, Charneca and Leziria. They were destemmed in full and then pressed. After the must was clarified the fermentation at 14ºC in stainless steel vats began. Before the wine was bottled, it was placed in batches, stabilised and filtered.
