Tenuta Giustini is a winemaking company located in the town of San Giorgio Jonico in Puglia. It was established in 2006, its founders set a task to restore traditional recipes of local wines. The philosophy of the company was initially focused on environmentally friendly products. After 9 years, the company got the opportunity to purchase a large plant, which allowed the production of wines for export to 20 countries. The number of foreign partners is constantly growing.
Tenuta Giustini has its own vineyards in Salento. They occupy about 30 hectares. The proximity of the sea, fertile soils and a stable sunny climate have become the key to obtaining exceptionally high quality berries from native local varieties. For planting are selected seedlings, whose ancestors for dozens of generations grew in Salento. For the manufacture of wines used techniques of pneumatic pressure, cold fermentation with autochthonous yeast cultures and isobaric bottling of the finished beverage.

COLOURRuby red NOSEHints of red and black berries, typical of this grape TASTEIntense, rich in fruits, sweet tannins and alcohol
Savory and earthy, this wine shows very expressive aromatic notes of tomato leaf, ripe fig and black plum, as well as a healthy amount of tannic grip, which gives the wine beautiful structure in the mouth.
The Illuminato is straw yellow in colour with light green reflexes. Fresh citrus and stone fruits, a smoky minerality, crisp acidity and complex spicy notes. A perfectly balanced and very moreish example of the style.
Ruby red with violet reflections, intense and balanced, it is the ideal wine for those who want to know the essence of the grape that most represents Puglia in the world.
From a generous soil with good fertility, a wine with a ruby red colour and hints of red fruits followed by a sensation of spiciness typical of the grape.
Areale grows between land and sea. In the cradle of the DOC Primitivo di Manduria an authentic and faithful expression of the varietal symbol of Apulian viticulture: being Primitivo has never been so beautiful. Elegant notes of plums and cherries enriched by pleasant hints of tobacco and spices.
