Maison Lispaul is a family estate located in the town of Tracy sur Loire, two hours south of Paris. The estate is located in the heart of the appellation of Pouilly-fumé, in an environment favored by the presence of the longest wild river in France, the Loire.

Hints of vanilla, jasmin, followed by notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Long-lasting on the palate, well balanced with fruits, minerals and acidity.

    This first cuvee comes exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, AOP. and is born from the harvest 2017, on the plot named La Garenne.

    The wine is vinified and aged in oak barrels for 8 months.

    The wood used for the barrels originates in the Center of France (Allier, Nièver, Cher) as well as in the Vosges massif where the timber forests are over 200 years old.  These barrels have the particularity of preserving the fineness and the fruit by associating roundness and structure.

    Average age of the vineyard : 15-25 ans

    Yields: 55 hl / ha

    Vineyard practice : Sustainable farming

    Harvest: mechanical after strict control of the grape maturity

    Vinification : vinified and aged in oak barrel for 8 months
