This first cuvee comes exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, AOP. and is born from the harvest 2017, on the plot named La Garenne.
The wine is vinified and aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
The wood used for the barrels originates in the Center of France (Allier, Nièver, Cher) as well as in the Vosges massif where the timber forests are over 200 years old. These barrels have the particularity of preserving the fineness and the fruit by associating roundness and structure.
