Bright and sustained by a candy-rose colour, its olfactory qualities impress with their cocktail of fruity aromas. In the mouth, we note a wider aromatic range than on the nose with a roundness in the finish which endows it with a certain richness. Essentially made with Saignée rosé, cold maceration takes a maximum of one day to maintain a relatively light tint. Variety : Pinot Noir, Gamay, Merlot, Abouriou, Cabernet

On a vineyard that has existed since 1850, Olivier Lebrin vinifies his production in buildings that were on a former seigneurial manor, dating from 1650. Located south-east of Nantes, Château de l'Aujardière is in the commune of La Remaudière. As well as the Muscadet vineyard, a complete and diverse range is offered.
