The vines are planted mainly on greenstone areas that give the plant trace elements and minerals necessary for its development and its preservation.
Its maturation on lees enables us to get a good conservation of the wine from the very beginning then during one or two years. The wine shows a character full of freshness then slowly recedes with time.
