Elegant and refined, this Pinot Grigio opens with a nuanced bouquet of ripe pear, honeyed melon, and delicate white blossoms. On the palate, it is remarkably full-bodied and creamy—the result of meticulous oak aging—balanced by a crisp acidity and subtle flinty minerality. The finish is long and harmonious.

The Tiefenbrunner Turmhof legacy is rooted in the "Linticlar Estate," first documented in 1225 AD. The Tiefenbrunner family took ownership of the Castel Turmhof residence in 1675, officially registering it as a commercial winery in 1848.
A pivotal shift occurred in 1968 under Herbert and Hilde Tiefenbrunner, who transitioned from bulk wine trading to bottling and direct sales. This era marked the birth of the Turmhof selection, a line specifically crafted to showcase varietal complexity and the distinct terroir of Alto Adige's hillside vineyards.
The Pinot Grigio in this range became a hallmark of the estate's philosophy: balancing tradition with innovation. By utilizing large oak casks and extended lee aging, the family elevated the variety from a simple white to a structured, full-bodied wine. Today, the fifth and sixth generations continue this heritage, maintaining one of the region's oldest winemaking traditions.
