The warmth of the sun that caresses the grapes, the scent of the earth that nourishes them, the taste of the wait that makes them unique: this is how Calùra Appassimento is born.
Hints of ripe fruit, strawberry and blackberry jam, wrapped in notes of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with an enveloping finish.

Tenuta Giustini has its own vineyards in Salento. They occupy about 30 hectares. Land was first purchased in 1991 and the first wine was made in 2005. The proximity of the sea, fertile soils and a stable sunny climate have become the key to obtaining exceptionally high quality berries from native local varieties.
The philosophy of Giustini Wines:
‘We have an indissoluble connection with our land and with each of the indigenous varieties we work. The goal is to preserve their typicality and characteristics in order to enhance and never distort them. Minimal interventions in the vineyard and targeted refinements in the cellar give our wines the aroma and scents of the grapes from which they come to life.’
