This Etna Bianco is made with the native grapes Carricante and Catarratto which grow on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. The lava soils add a distinctive mineral note which gives a real sense of place to the wine. A bright gold in colour with notes of apple, white peach, pear and star anise. Very fresh on the finish from a crisp, citrus acidity and a smoky mineral note.
