Tenuta Giustini is a winemaking company located in the town of San Giorgio Jonico in Puglia. It was established in 2006, its founders set a task to restore traditional recipes of local wines. The philosophy of the company was initially focused on environmentally friendly products. After 9 years, the company got the opportunity to purchase a large plant, which allowed the production of wines for export to 20 countries. The number of foreign partners is constantly growing.
Tenuta Giustini has its own vineyards in Salento. They occupy about 30 hectares. The proximity of the sea, fertile soils and a stable sunny climate have become the key to obtaining exceptionally high quality berries from native local varieties. For planting are selected seedlings, whose ancestors for dozens of generations grew in Salento. For the manufacture of wines used techniques of pneumatic pressure, cold fermentation with autochthonous yeast cultures and isobaric bottling of the finished beverage.
