Tenuta Giustini has its own vineyards in Salento. They occupy about 30 hectares. Land was first purchased in 1991 and the first wine was made in 2005. The proximity of the sea, fertile soils and a stable sunny climate have become the key to obtaining exceptionally high quality berries from native local varieties.
The philosophy of Giustini Wines:
‘We have an indissoluble connection with our land and with each of the indigenous varieties we work. The goal is to preserve their typicality and characteristics in order to enhance and never distort them. Minimal interventions in the vineyard and targeted refinements in the cellar give our wines the aroma and scents of the grapes from which they come to life.’
