Tuscany is synonymous with Chianti, but there exists a treasure trove of high quality, glorious wines, which don’t bear the name, Chianti, or Brunello, because of complex Italian wine regulations… and these are the ones to sniff out, as , with their simple ‘Vino de Toscana’ labeling, they offer far better value, and higher quality than many with the ‘posh’ names.
