The Peralta family have been growing coffee for over a hundred years. The brothers now specialise in distinct process methods and small scale micro-lot farming. They continue to deliver exceptional coffee and we are delighted to bring this bean to our customers.
As a pourover, this cup delivers a syrupy body and rounded mouthfeel. It is a subtly sweet with a hint of stewed pineapple balanced with the brightness of yellow fruit flavours. As an espresso, its juiciness is celebrated and when served with milk delivers a pudding like drink.
