French Porcini Mushroom Sauce
A very high-quality porcini mushroom sauce prepared for us by Castaing, in the Landes region of South West France.
The flavour of the porcini really shines through and this sauce is wonderfully balanced – simply warm up gently and pour over your main ingredient.
One tin is more than enough for a typical recipe serving two people.
