Classic French Pot Au Feu
Again a classic French recipe … and like everything Castaing makes, this is delicious! Serves two.
Pot au feu is a sort of soup or bouillon in which chunks of beef and fresh vegetables are cooked – and when you eat it the meat and vegetables are in the beef broth. Very flavoursome … and really French “terroir” cooking (regional cooking at it’s best!).
Simply warm gently in a saucepan and serve in a soup bowl.
