New
Very beautiful pale yellow colour with crystalline green reflections. Its nose is expressive of white fruits, acacia and grapefruit flowers. It has a mineral side that makes its favors complex. A frank palate that combines freshness and roundness with aromas of citrus fruits and vanilla pods before concluding with a persistent and toasted finish.

Domaine La Garelle was originally located on a small gravel hill, but now extends over multiple parcels with varied soil and climate conditions. Orientation towards the sun, more or less draining slopes, stony, calcareous or sandy soils, exposure to the wind, freshness of the soil: all these variations have been carefully researched in order to grow their vines in very different conditions and thus obtain diverse characteristics allowing each variety to express all their aromatic potential.
