The 2009 vintage was one of the best ever and they kept back the ripest of the Pinot Noir for late picking at Jenkyn Place to make this delicious sparkling Rosé. The final blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay is now developing beautifully. The initial gently tannic structure of the wine in its early stages has given way to reveal a harmonious pallet of wild strawberry and cherry, with notes of jasmine and violet emerging after some time in the glass.
