Whilst Mumbles Fine Wines has taken all reasonable steps in the construction and information contained on the website, the directors and employees shall not be responsible for any losses or claims arising from its use. These Terms and Conditions of business shall be governed and construed in accordance with UK law with any disputes being decided only by UK courts.
We are unable to guarantee the availability of products. At certain times wines or goods may become unavailable or vintages may change and, should this affect your order, we will we will contact you to discuss your order and where possible offer you similar items of the same or greater value. If there is a particular product that you are trying to source and cannot find it on our site please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01792 367663 and we will do our best to assist you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise specified) and are per item, as indicated. Delivery charges are also applicable and these are stated below. We reserve the right to amend pricing, offers and descriptions of merchandise at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Every effort is made to ensure that prices quoted are correct, however should errors come to light that affect your order, we will contact you and offer the option of cancelling or proceeding with the order at the corrected price.

No sales or deliveries will be made to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age. We will refuse any sale or delivery in the event that there is suspicion that the person placing the order, or the recipient, is under the age of eighteen. We reserve the right to refuse any order. The placing of an order does not constitute a contract. A contract shall only exist once we accept your order and have processed your payment. Thereafter, the contract is irrevocable save for manifest fault or error on our part. The maximum order amount for delivery is £1000. You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch with no charge incurred. However, we will only be able to refund the net amount received by us from the payment provider i.e. the amount after deduction of any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Health and Safety
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. A case of wine is heavy and extra care should be taken when lifting it. Champagnes and sparkling wines can be unpredictable due to the build up of gases and extra care should be taken when opening them.
