We will usually employ an external courier, so please allow three to five working days for delivery. Delivery will usually take place from Monday to Fridays between 9.00 and 17.00 hours. Couriers will normally only attempt delivery twice, after which time the customer will be held responsible for making their own arrangements, either by subsequent delivery or through personal collection.
We are currently able to offer free delivery (for orders worth £20 or more) to postcodes SA1 through SA8, SA10, SA11, all CF postcodes and NP12, NP22 and NP24 postcodes. Should your delivery address fall into this category, please feel free to select this option during checkout after your address has been entered. Otherwise, our standard delivery (listed below) and collection services are available.
For deliveries to a UK address, excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Highlands of Scotland, a delivery charge of £9.95 per delivery address will be levied, irrespective of the cost and number of bottles or items ordered. The charge will be waived for any orders in excess of £200 (Exluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Highlands of Scotland)

The maximum order amount for delivery is £1000. If your order exceeds this value, please contact us on 01792 367663.

Returns and Breakages
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by handling of the goods by the customer, for example, spillages or breakages which occur after delivery. You should notify us as soon as possible, in the event of breakages or spoilt goods. We may require the spoilt merchandise to be returned to us, in which case we will arrange for uplift at mutual convenience. Where possible, any goods collected must be in their original packaging.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned you should contact us to arrange for return of the goods.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification, provided the goods have been uplifted by our courier.
