It is a golden yellow with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Pleasing to the nose, initially reminiscent of white fruits, then of vanilla, and later of brioche. It has a balance between the fruit aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toast aromas following the aging in the bottle. It manages to reconcile forcefulness and finesse, and to hold them in perfect balance.
