Bright ruby in colour, on the nose it has Red berries (raspberry and cherry), violet and small hint of cinnamon. On the palate you will find a Sweet and fruity attack, aromatic persistence and long finish.

    At Domaine Poulleau they produce modern burgundy wines, they do however, take great respect for traditions.

    All grapes on the domaine are harvested manually. The vinification takes about 12 days in large steel tanks. They then store the wine for about 12 months in oak barrels.
