Brilliant, gold yellow hue. The nose is full of floral, white-fleshed fruits (pear), roasted and woody. On the palate it has vanilla and subtle spicy notes with balanced woodiness. Nice freshness, with very interesting fruit notes throughout.

The estate includes 8 hectares of vineyards, spread at the foot of Solutré rock and Prissé, where David Fagot produces the appellations Pouilly Fuissé, Saint Véran and Mâcon Villages.
In the cellar they work with neutral yeasts, aging on fine lees to clarify the wines aromas and using barrels to give intensity.
