Fairly deep ruby. Seductive nose of ripe cherry and raspberry backed by elegant vegetal aromas. Supple attack showing beautiful fleshy, full aromatic presence supported by fine, well-integrated liveliness. Lovely exuberant succulence. A top-flight Chorey.

At Domaine Poulleau they produce modern burgundy wines, they do however, take great respect for traditions.
All grapes on the domaine are harvested manually. The vinification takes about 12 days in large steel tanks. They then store the wine for about 12 months in oak barrels.
