Earning a handsome 94 point score from Jane Anson, the Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2020 appears “relaxed and effortless while still maintaining both lift and tension”, an utterly delicious wine to Anson. James Suckling (95 points) finds it “fresh and vivid with sliced grapefruit, lemon, green apple and white peach”. While Galloni (92 points) finds previous vintages often too tropical, he notes that “the 2020 has more than enough verve and overall freshness to balance things out”.
