On the palate, Château LaTour-Martillac 2021 Blanc is a brilliant expression of a classic Graves white. It presents a beautiful straw-yellow hue with crystalline highlights, opening with an aromatic bouquet of citrus, fresh pear, and pineapple, accented by delicate notes of jasmine and toasted almond. The entry is precise and taut, evolving into a balanced, unctuous body layered with tropical fruit flavors and a sophisticated hint of salinity. The finish is high-energy and refreshing.
