Located on a hillock near the Gironde, the Chateau Meyney is situated on a 50 hectares vineyard. The 2015 vintage is composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 15% Petit Verdot.
The ruby-tinted deep red coloured 2010 Chateau Meyney offers a scrumptious nose. It unveils redcurrant, blackcurrant and mild spices aromas. On the palate, this Saint-Estephe is fresh and its tannic density foreshadows a very good ageing potential.

Chateau Meyney is located in the St. Estephe appellation of Bordeaux. On the 50 hectare estate, the vines have an average age of between 35 and 40 years. The grape varieties grown are 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. The soil structure of the vineyard is made up of the gravel from the Garonne with a subsoil of clay. The grapes are hand picked following the Medoc tradition which are then sorted, fermented and left in stainless steel and concrete vats for 30 days, before maturation in 40% new barrels.
