Château Latour-Martillac is a Grand Cru Classé of Graves produced in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils and enjoy eastern exposure. The wine is aged in oak barrels, 25% in new barrels. The Château Latour-Martillac White 2016 blends 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon. These white grape varieties were collected under excellent conditions between the 6th and 20th of September
