White Castle Vineyard Pinot Noir is truly stunning. Ethereal but...
In addition to the regular Trust MFW White wine, occasionally we come...
New
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it absolutely sings of red roses, black tea and tilled black soil with a core of crushed blackberries, Morello cherries and cassis plus a hint of cinnamon stick. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers a great intensity of ripe black berries and floral layers, framed by soft, silken tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and mineral laced.

The Merlot (36.5%), Cabernet Franc (21.5%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (42%) plants were harvested between September 19th and October 14th. These grape varieties gave La Chappelle de La Mission its backbone and aromatic freshness
La Chappelle La Mission Haut-Brion red 2016 is the second wine of La Mission Haut-Brion and has a deep red colour. The nose of this Pessac-Leognan is somewhat closed at this stage, but still ripe. Aromas of black fruits and notes of fresh fruits display its aromatic complexity. In the mouth, the attack is juicy. The tannins are tight and give the impression of biting into the grape itself. This second wine blend is a very beautiful vintage.
