Jean-Michel Dupré and daughter Cindy are the fifth and sixth generations of winemakers to work the family estate from their cellars on the outskirts of Beaujeu. The Dupré ethic is to work naturally with minimum intervention to emphasise the vibrant pure fruit character of their Beaujolais.
The fresh and flattering style of a youthful Beaujolais Villages Nouveau is ideal for a Natural wine, which is made without the addition of sulphites or chemical processes. We eagerly anticipate the arrival of the 2025 vintage following the successes of previous years ‘sans sulfites’ Beaujolais Nouveau. The hot summer has given excellent concentration and ripeness to the grapes, resulting in the 2025 vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau promising to be fresh and lively with pronounced juicy fruit.
